These newly built and furnished wood chalets offer you everything you need in the charming alpine Wildschönau Valley with its four villages, Niederau, Oberau, Auffach and Thierbach lies in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, in Tirol.  They are located in the centre of Niederau, near the lifts. You can park your car undercover in a car port attached to the house.  Each house has approximately 110 m2 living area. From here you can step out onto an 18 m2 stone terrace.  The kitchen is fully fitted with all up to date appliances.  A washing machine is in the utility room opposite the downstairs toilet. An attractive wooden staircase takes you up to the three bedrooms (two doubles, one twin), two with balcony. There you will also find a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. A warm cosy atmosphere is created by wooden floors throughout the house and together with underfloor heating the combination provides for your well-being. The price includes all running costs, bed linen and towels. Arrivals/departures:  Saturdays. Summary: Ground floor: Living room with satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, internet connection and telephone. Kitchen: fully fitted, including dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, etc. Cloakroom - toilet - utility room with washing machine. If you do not want to cook during your holiday we can offer you a meal voucher € 14,- for adults and € 7,- for children which can be used for a fixed three course evening meal at most hotels and guest houses (2011 prices). In the Gasthof Schneeberger, only 50m from the holiday village, you can have a four course fixed evening meal and if you make a reservation for six days you can use their sauna and steam bath free of charge.
